Unforgettable day at Ch\u00e2teau Bardins<\/p>\n

On October 13th we were invited\u00a0 by Mrs Puel and our teachers to a conference on winemaking and a visit of Ch\u00e2teau Bardins in Cadaujac. Mrs Puel owns the Ch\u00e2teau and has been making wine for 30 years now. She showed us her harvested vineyards and taught us about the cycle of wine producing as we followed her in the different rooms full of vats and barrels. The Ch\u00e2teau produces mainly red wine and a little dry white wine. The bottles are mostly sold in France and a little in Europe. At the end of the visit we tasted red wines and grape juice too. It was really interesting to discover that vineyard and its winery, and to enjoy a picnic together too!<\/p>\n
